This 57â€ inch, three section cue is crafted by Peradon in England from kiln dried, North American Ash and Rosewood.

Manufacture & Specifications

The Ash is carefully selected for strength and straightness before being turned and machine spliced to the Rosewood butt timber.

A Rosewood front splice and Red and Yellow veneers are then spliced to the butt section to further enhance the appearance.

The cue is then turned to its final tapered finish before the numerous sanding and finishing processes are undertaken to achieve a 'silk smooth' finish.

This cue is fitted a 'quick action' joint in the center to make the cue more portable and a 'quick action' dome joint' 8" from the butt of the cue. The dome joint enables the player to quickly remove the bottom 8" of the cue to reveal a rounded end on the shaft. This makes it possible for the player to use the shaft of the cue, which due to the brass dome still has good weight, for those awkward shots in restricted spaces.

To eliminate joint problems both sections ofÂ both joints are precision turned from a single piece of solid brass and are fitted to ensure precise alignment.

The butt is finished with a Peradon Flare name disc and leather butt pad.

Shafts are extensively selected with only a small percentage of the pieces processed making the grade for production of these cues. In order to maintain the highest standards of selection Peradon purchase more ash than any other English cue makers.

The extension is constructed of aluminium and ABS plastic and can be extended by pulling the end away from the cue, and then quickly locked at any position required by gently twisting the blue collar. The extension measures 12â€ in length, but can extend the length of the cue any amount between 12â€ and 16â€ The male joint on the extension will fit directly into the female 'butt end joint' of a Peradon cue or will fit into the female joint in the shaft of a 3/4 jointed Peradon cue. The Peradon 'Quick Action' joint enables players to secure the extension to the cue or shaft precisely and quickly. This telescopic extension is used by most of today's professional players.

For over 40 years Aramith have supplied sets of Tournament Champion balls to the World Snooker Professional Players Association. Whilst they may appear to be standard Tournament Champion snooker sets they are in fact drastically different having only a one gram maximum weight difference between balls in a set rather than the 3 gram tolerance within a standard set of Tournament Champion balls. This reduction in tolerance allows the W.S.A. professional players to reach the highest scores during W.S.A. Tournaments. Made in Belgium.
